Our INSTRUCTORS

Britta

Britta is a high-vibe cycling instructor who believes movement should feel empowering, fun, and freeing. Her rides are fueled by EDM, intentional programming, and an infectious energy that makes you forget you’re even working out. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, Britta creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling stronger—inside and out.

Brittany

Brittany is a high-vibe instructor with over a decade of experience, known for empowering rides, 🔥 playlists, and making every body feel like they belong.

Courtney

Courtney is a cycling teacher at Burbank Boxing and Cycle Club. She believes strength is built by having fun and honoring where you are in your journey. She's a proud cat mom to Astro and once upon a time, worked at Disneyland for four years and her favorite food is sushi.

Emily

Emily is an experienced cycling instructor and coach who brings music for the masses and will push you to your threshold in the most fierce and motivational way. She is also an airway centric, wholistic, pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a private practice in Los Angeles. Her favorite job of all is being a mom to her two teenagers.

Hailley

Hailley has been a spin instructor for about 3 years, and fell in love with it over 8 years ago for how much confidence and strength you can feel after just one class. She grew up in Seattle, but now lives in Downtown LA, and gets music inspo from everywhere she goes. In her classes you’ll be sure to get some fun and challenging choreo, and hear lots of throwbacks, hip hop, and reggaeton.

Des

Desiree (Des) has been teaching spin for nearly 4 years now and been spinning for almost 10. In her class you can find yourself thinking “Oh my god I LOVE this song!!” while simultaneously thinking “Oh my god ANOTHER lever push??”. She believes spin should be a place where you can shut off the outside noise for 45 minutes, challenge yourself, and have a blast jamming out to your new favorite playlist.

Jess

Jessica is a mom, nurse practitioner, certified personal trainer, and cycling instructor. Through a blend of her medical knowledge and passion for fitness she strives to help others toward a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of themselves. During her free time, she loves hiking, cooking and traveling with friends and family.  

Nicole

LA-based rider for over 7 years, fitness trainer for over a year. Nicole is a dance, movement, and performance trained actor and fitness pro. Expect athletic, music-driven, high-intensity rides that intentionally challenge and empower you.

Music ranges from house to hip hop, alt pop and r&b

Teddy

Teddy's classes are interval focused with hard cardio pushes, isolations and engaging choreo. His playlists are ecclectic featuring 90s classics to K-Pop. Teddy is also a certified Pilates Instructor and a personal trainer. He's also fluent in Japanese.

Mary Rose

Mary Rose is an artist and former dancer from San Francisco who has been inspiring riders in Los Angeles for the last five years. She brings her passion for music and movement to every class, curating experiences that are high-energy, athletic, and deeply rooted in musicality. You’ll hear everything from Fred again.. to Kendrick Lamar to Radiohead to creative a one-of-a-kind ride
