boxing

  • Full/upper/lower body

    Each session includes 10 high-intensity rounds — 5 rounds of boxing and 5 rounds of strength training, with one switch halfway through so you train both sides evenly. You’ll start on either the bags or the strength floor, then rotate to finish strong on the opposite side.

    This format keeps your heart rate up, builds lean muscle, improves coordination, and delivers a full-body workout every class.

  • Power through 8 bag rounds of boxing drills and technique, then with 2 rounds of core work to build strength and stability. Expect high energy, sharp combos, and nonstop motivation — solid boxing and sweat.

  • This format is broken into 3–4 focused sections, rotating you through a variety of stations that may include mitt work, technical drills, footwork patterns, conditioning exercises, and skill-based combinations. Each section has a specific purpose — whether it’s refining technique, improving movement, building speed, or developing ring awareness.

    You’ll work closely with coaches during mitt rounds, dial in fundamentals during technique segments, and elevate your conditioning with purposeful boxing drills that challenge both body and mind.

  • This high-energy session blends strength, endurance, and hill climbs to the beat of the music, creating an immersive ride that pushes both your legs and your lungs. Expect a mix of different climbs, controlled resistance work, speed intervals, and powerful pushes that build stamina and total-body strength.

  • Expect dynamic, beat-driven choreography paired with weighted upper-body exercises designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge your stamina. It’s controlled, powerful, and built to keep you moving with intention.

  • No screens. No stats. Just powerful music, intentional coaching, and a room riding as one. This class is about feel over numbers — building strength, endurance, and connection through pure effort and rhythm.
